Craig Lieberman, Founder & President
Craig grew up in Weston, Conn., where he ate peanut butter and carrots, and very little else. An interest in foreign affairs led him to study abroad. While attending grad school at the University of Sydney, he received an unexpected education in the city’s vibrant food scene. Realizing his passion for specialty food and wine, he returned home and began selling gourmet specialties from around the world. In 2003, he launched his own venture with 34 Degrees. Today, he has returned to his simple, yet deeply satisfying culinary roots with a line of all-natural crackers made from a handful of the highest quality ingredients. And while he created 34° Crispbread as the perfect companion to cheese, he thinks they’re mighty tasty with peanut butter too.
